What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on the link marked “Forgot your password?” and fill in the requested information. You will then be sent an email with a new password.
How do I change my password?
Go to Admin under “add a user.” Then select the appropriate level, change password and click “update.”
How do I manage user permission?
After signing up for Kiss Auto Auction, Level 1 and Level 2 users will be able to go into Admin, click on “users” and enter information under the appropriate user level.
How do I search for vehicles?
Click on “search,” fill in the drop boxes and hit “search.”
How do I save a search?
After doing a search, simply name the search (i.e. Chevy Impala) and then click “save.”
How do I post a vehicle on Kiss Auto Auction?
Go to My Vehicles, click on “move to auction” and then set the reserve price and “roll it” price. At this point you may also request third party inspection, if you so desire.
How do I edit my vehicle data?
The most common method is through a third party company (i.e. Dealer Specialties). Most information may not be edited. Additional information can be added under the “dealer comments” open text box.
How do I request for inspection?
The system will automatically ask you if you’d like to request for inspection when posting a vehicle to auction and after purchasing a vehicle. You can also request for inspection by clicking underneath the “actions” button on the dashboard page.
How do I request warranties?
During checkout after a successful bid, you will be asked “Do you wish to add a powertrain warranty to this vehicle?”
Where can I find auto transporters?
During checkout after a successful bid, you will be prompted to self transportation or use a third party with terms. Amount, based on miles, will be posted. Accept, it will be added to daily check out.
What is a “green light” vehicle?
These vehicles should be inspected by the selling dealers’ state-licensed mechanic and/or a third party inspector. Vehicles should be in good operating condition and fully operational. Third party inspection recommended. $500 arbitration window applies.
What is a “yellow light” vehicle?
Vehicles in which a dealer is aware of mechanical and physical damage/problems are fully disclosed in an open text box. Arbitration window is $1000 over and above disclosed items. Third party inspection strongly recommended prior to pickup.
What is a “red light” vehicle?
Sold as is; no warranties or guarantees issued. Dealers may request a third party auction through Kiss Auto Auction’s website or directly to third party Inspection Company, which requires an authorized signature on form furnished by the third party inspection company. Third party inspection requests are considered binding. No refunds will be issued once a request is made, even if vehicle is not inspected, due to dealership’s fault. If vehicle is not inspected due to third party’s fault, refund will be issued immediately upon notification.
How do I place a bid?
Go to “vehicle details” by clicking on the vehicle, arrow button or the “make a bid” button. This will take you to the auction where you will be able to place a bid and the vehicle will automatically be moved to My Bid Vehicles.
How do I place a proxy bid?
Go to “vehicle details” by clicking on the vehicle, arrow button or the “make a bid” button. This will take you to the auction where you will be able to place a proxy bid by clicking the button marked “proxy bid.” You must also place a starting bid when doing a proxy bid.
How do I set a proxy bid limit?
Go to “vehicle details” by clicking on the vehicle, arrow button or the “make a bid” button. This will take you to the auction where you will be able to place a proxy bid by clicking the button marked “proxy bid.” You must then enter both the proxy bid and the starting bid.
What does “roll it” mean?
You accept the price that is attached to the “roll it” button. By clicking on the button you are agreeing to pay that amount for the vehicle. The vehicle will then be removed from the auction and you will be alerted as having the winning bid.
How do I add vehicles to The Lot?
You may add vehicles to The Lot through a third party approved vendor (i.e. Dealer Specialties) or you may enter it manually into the system using the template on Kiss. Please always double check VIN# when self posting.
How do I remove vehicles from The Lot?
Go to the vehicle you wish to remove by searching for its VIN or stock number. Then go to the “actions” button and click on “remove vehicle.”
How do I make a payment?
System will automatically email authorized users a daily transaction report along with wire transfer number, account number and tracking number.
How will I receive payment?
Upon selling a vehicle, you have the option of check or ACH. ACHs require the bank account number of the account in which you wish the money to be deposited. You will be prompted for this information by the system.
How do I search for receipts?
Underneath Reports go to “daily summary” and click on the date for which you desire a receipt.
How do I edit my billing information?
Go to Admin and click on company. Change desired fields and click “update” or “save.”
How do I respond to alerts?
Simply click on the alert and detailed information, will be given on how to respond.
How do I set up a user?
Go to Admin under “add a user.” Then select the appropriate level and enter the pertinent information. You must be a Level 1 or 2 to add users.
How do I edit user information?
Go to Admin under “add a user.” Then select the appropriate level, edit the pertinent information and click “update” or “save.”
How do I edit company information?
Go to Admin under “company profile.” Then change desired fields and click “update” or “save.”
Who receives notification of activity?
All users that have been set up by the company’s administrator will receive daily reports.
Who can view my user or my company information?
The administrator and Level 1 and 2 users.
How do I create a Wish List?
Click on Wish List, fill in the drop boxes, enter in customer’s email and click “save.”
How do I remove vehicles from my Wish List?
Go to Wish List, click on specific wish vehicle and click “remove.”
How will I be notified that an available vehicle matches one on my Wish List?
You will be notified via email or text message if the information is set up correctly under Wish List as well as your customer.
How do I add vehicle to the Watch List?
Go to search, fill in appropriate drop boxes, go to the vehicle you wish to add and then click on “add to watch list.”
