Alert Details
Includes who the alert is from, the date, the type (i.e. bid), the severity (i.e. low, high) and the subject of the alert. |

Alerts Archive
When accessing alerts, users may save those they deem important to the archive for further use (by clicking on the “save to archive” button). |

Alerts Severity
Ranks alerts as being of low or high priority based on how much activity surrounds a vehicle users may be interested in, so that users can determine which alerts require more of their attention. |

Current Bid
The current highest bid on a particular vehicle. |
|
Dashboard
The first page that appears when a user logs in to his or her account. It includes Alerts, My Bid Vehicles, My Auction Vehicles, Watch List and My Lot Vehicles, under all of which is a list of vehicles that can be immediately accessed. |

Distance
The location of a vehicle (the selling dealership) in relation to a potential buyer’s dealership. It determines the distance in miles a given vehicle will have to be transported. |
|
Green Light Vehicle
These vehicles should be inspected by the selling dealers’ state-licensed mechanic and/or a third party inspector. Vehicles should be in good operating condition. Anything wrong or missing should be fully noted. $500 arbitration window applies. |

Location
Where a vehicle currently is on KissAutoAuction.com (i.e. auction, lot, etc.); the stage at which it is in the processing of buying and selling. |

My Auction
My Auction lists all of the vehicles a dealership currently has up for auction on Kiss Auto Auction. Along with the year, make, model, color and odometer of each vehicle, information such as current bid, reserve price, the “Roll It” price and the number of hits on this particular vehicle Kiss has received. |

My Bid Vehicles
This page lists the vehicles on which a user has bid and his or her current status regarding these vehicles. |
|
My Lot
My Lot is a list of the vehicles a dealership has placed with Kiss Auto Auction but have not yet been put up for auction. |
|
Odometer
The mileage of a given vehicle. |
|
Proxy Bid
Bidding for an item without actually being physically present to auction. Users can set a limit on the proxy bidding and Kiss will automatically bid on the vehicle of their choice on their behalf up to this limit. Administrators, Used Car Managers and Participants have the ability to set or change the proxy bid on their dealership’s behalf. |

Proxy Limit
The most a user is willing to pay for a vehicle; the limit placed upon a proxy bid. Kiss will automatically bid on the vehicle of your choice on your behalf up to this limit. Administrators, Used Car Managers and Participants have the ability to set or change the proxy limit on their dealership’s user account. |

Red Light Vehicle
Sold as is; no warranties or guarantees issued. Dealers may request a third party auction through Kiss Auto Auction’s website or directly to third party Inspection Company, which requires an authorized signature on form furnished by the third party inspection company. Third party inspection requests are considered binding. No refunds will be issued once a request is made, even if vehicle is not inspected, due to dealership’s fault. If vehicle is not inspected due to third party’s fault, refund will be issued immediately upon notification. |

Release of Vehicles Notification
Can be sent to multiple users and other dealership employees. |

Reserve Price
The lowest price at which a user is willing to sell his or her vehicle. |
|
Roll It Price
Essentially, the “buy now” price of a vehicle. The price at which users can buy a vehicle directly without participating in the auction. Administrators, Used Car Managers and Participants from member dealerships are able to set the Roll It price of their vehicles. |

Saved Search
When searching for vehicles on the search page, users can save a particular search in order to locate vehicles with the same specifications they have just entered in the future. |

The Auction
List of all the vehicles that are currently up for auction and on which users can place bids or proxy bids. |
|
The Lot
List of all the vehicles that are currently on Kiss Auto Auction but are not yet up for auction. Users are able to make an offer if they find a vehicle they are interested in purchasing. |
|
Transactions Filter
When looking for a particular receipt or record of a transaction, users can use the transactions filter to narrow their search. For example, they can enter in the Auction ID or Transaction Number. |

Vehicle Actions
When viewing the details page of a certain vehicle, the box marked “vehicle actions” gives users various courses of action they may take should they be interested in purchasing the vehicle. Users can add it to their watch list, place a bid, set a proxy bid or “Roll It.” |

Vehicle Details
The page on which a particular vehicle’s identification number and features, including year, make, model, color, mileage and quality (e.g. green light, red light or yellow light) are listed. |

Vehicle Status
Vehicle Status Users are given the option of Lot, Auction and Hidden. The first two options place the vehicle in the Lot and Auction respectively, while Hidden allows users to register a vehicle with Kiss without making this information public until he or she wishes it to be. |

Watch List allows users to keep track of vehicles that interest them. |

Wish List
Dealers can create a wish list and enter specific information about the type of vehicles they are looking for. |

Yellow Light Vehicle
Vehicles in which a dealer is aware of mechanical and physical damage/problems are fully disclosed in an open text box. Arbitration window is $1000. Third party inspection strongly recommended prior to pickup. |
