How do I submit my questions / comments / concerns?
You can submit any questions/comments/concerns via our contact form on our contact page. You can reach the contact page by clicking on “Contact” at the top of this page. You can also give us a call with any of your questions. KISS Customer Service can be reached at 877-364-KISS (5477) between the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM Monday - Friday or via email ka.info@kissautoauction.com.
What do I do if I forget my password
If you lost or forgot your password, you can have a new password sent to your email address. Under the “Member Login” click the link “Forgot My Password.” You will be then asked for your user name and to answer your hint question. A new password will then be emailed to you.
Do I need to activate my account?
No, you will have full access after login and acceptance of the site terms.
