How do I place a bid?
Whether you are viewing a vehicle from “The Auction” or “The Lot,” you can place a bid by selecting the vehicles VIN # in the “VIN# / Details” column and this will open your selected vehicle. You can then place your bid price and click submit bid. |

What does “roll it” mean?
You accept the price that is attached to the “Roll It!” button. By clicking “Roll It!” you are agreeing to pay that amount for the vehicle. The vehicle will then be removed from the auction and you will be alerted as having the winning bid. |

How do I set a proxy bid limit?
You can set a proxy bid limit by clicking the red link “The Auction” located on the link tab across the top of the page. Locate the vehicle you would like to set bid, and click the vehicles VIN # in the “VIN# / Details” column. You can then set a proxy bid limit under Vehicle Actions. You must enter starting and proxy bid. You can also edit/set proxy bids by clicking the red link “My Bids,” and then follow the same process. |

How do I view vehicle details?
You can view vehicle details by clicking the red link “My Inventory” located on the link tab across the top of the page. After locating the vehicle you would like to view, click the vehicles VIN# in the “VIN# / Details” column and this will open up a new page with your vehicle description. How do I add a new vehicle to The Lot?
The site will automatically post your new vehicle to “The Lot” when you add vehicle to the site. You can check the status of your vehicle(s) by clicking the red link “My Inventory.” How do I remove a vehicle from "The Lot?" |

How do I remove a vehicle from The Lot?
You can remove a vehicle from “The Lot” by clicking the red link “My Inventory” located on the link tab across the top of the page. Click the “Hide Vehicle” link under the “Actions” column and your vehicle status will be hidden. If you would like to unhide your vehicle at a later time, simply click “Unhide Vehicle” by following the same steps. |

When may I preview vehicles for sale?
You can preview vehicles for auction by clicking the red link “The Lot” located on the link tab across the top of the page. After clicking this link, you can view vehicles on The Lot and preview the status of those vehicles. |

Why should I request an inspection?
We strongly recommend the use of a third party inspection. It is to your benefit to make sure that the vehicle is represented correctly and that the vehicle title is valid. |
